"Location is great nice walk in to Keswick about 20 mins. Food and drink very nice and a good price. Staff all friendly and helpful. Hotel needs some renovation work but for a couple of nights it's a lovely place to stay."

"The reason for 5 stars is down to the staff all of whom were kind and helpful, particularly Michael.
