"Staff, food, amenities were polite, awesome, an everything I needed. I stayed warm in the room TV worked great. The bird life is beautiful and the place was relaxing. Id happily stay again any time"

"The accommodation was reasonably good, breakfast was provided in the fridge, all you had to do was cook it. My Autistic 7-year-old grandson loved the spa bath and would have stayed in it day and night if I had let him. The unit was two bedrooms, each with a king size bed that was comfortable and warm. The kitchen/Lounge had dated furniture, but it was fit for purpose. included were a microwave oven and a dishwasher and a flat screen TV, although reception at times was poor, and selection of channels was limited. There wasn't a broom so we couldn't sweep the floor, and the food crumbs attracted ants, which we dispatched with insect spray that we found in the cupboard. Wi Fi was available, but when we connected to it, there was no internet. There was also a reverse cycle air conditioner, and a gas fire for heating on the cold nights as well. There is a restaurant, but we decided to go into Seville for Thai food on Saturday night, and Italian food on Sunday night. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"Not much to look at from the outside the rooms themselves are clean and well equipped. The lightbulb in a side light wasn’t working but housekeeping replaced promptly the next day when requested. The heater did a great job keeping us warm during a winter break. There were extra fluffy blankets in the cupboard. Bathroom was newly renovated but no sink or shelving in the bathroom so the kitchen works as the bathroom sink. There was no one in reception so check-in was done via phone. The outside barbecue area is well thought out too. Very easy walk to shops. If you go off season just double check where you can get food from and everything’s as closed on the Sunday evening apart from the fish and chip shop (which is very good and has lots of alternative options thank goodness). I would stay there again."

"Very spacious family room. My children really enjoyed the kids’ room, and I loved how quiet and peaceful the place was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and has many great features, including a BBQ area, fireplace, and more. I would definitely stay here again. The only areas for improvement were the cleanliness in some spots (such as cobwebs and dust). I understand this can be expected to some extent for a property located in the mountains. I also noticed some noise from the water pipes at night, and I could hear when other guests were using the shower, which was a little disruptive. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily return."
