"The room was spacious, and the location was perfect with everything conveniently close by.However, I did encounter an issue at check‑in. I had booked a room with a kitchen, but I was informed that pets are not allowed in rooms with kitchens. Because of this, I was required to switch to a different room and was charged an additional $74. Fortunately, another room was available — otherwise, it would have been very difficult during the July 4th long weekend.There was no mention anywhere about pet restrictions for certain room types, and I’ve stayed at many hotels without encountering such a policy. I hope I can be refunded for the extra amount charged.My stay was from July 3 to July 4, 2026. I did call the hotel before booking to check on pricing of pet stay. Atleast some one could have told me about these restrictions"

"Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel's biggest strength is definitely its location. It was convenient to everything on "the strip"! While the hotel could use some minor updates in a few areas, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location and the excellent customer service more than made up for anything cosmetic. I especially want to recognize the outstanding front desk staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Exceptional employees like these deserve recognition: Courtney P. and Josphine! Please let them know how much we appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. They truly made a positive difference in our experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely consider staying here again because of the incredible staff and unbeatable location!"
