"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful, including calling a golf cart rental company and having the cart delivered to the hotel. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to the main area of shops and restaurants, but far enough to be away from the noise. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Will definitely stay there again if we visit again."

"The staff, Leslie, Sophie, Jamil and others were very friendly and helpful. Room 201 is my room now. I will return and request it. The balcony is huge and the decor is tranquil. I liked the modern decor. I appreciated the frequent ferry schedule to the South side. I also like the location of the property being close to places like Bliss beach. I wished though that Zenses maintained their beach. The seaweed smelled and kept one from being close to the water. I was awakened at 6 in the morning to drilling being done by maintenance and they never fixed my room safe as requested. Overall, I had a great experience."

"Overall the hotel was nice! The water cooler was a very nice treat to have in the room. The water was nice and cold. The shower in my room was huge! Loved it!!! No hot water, but temp was okay. The only thing that was not good was the noise that the door was making because of the wind. It was knocking all night. Staff was friendly and very attentive!"

"Asst.Manager, Ed. Very efficient and effective at his job. Humble spirit at its best. Young and wise demonstrate true commitment to his field of hospitality. Property beautiful and clean, friendly house keeper, balcony spacious, well gated and lighting was also amazing. Pool and lounge chairs well kept also clean. I’m just asking that the owner would provide laundry service at $10- $12 USD per load though. I would definitely recommend others to stay here."
