"The room and property is actually very nice but you can’t get in the water cause it’s seaweed or whatever it is all in the water it’s make the whole area stink so bad also the staff could’ve of been a little more helpful and they need to tighten up on a few other things cause the place only been open for a few years swim up bar not done yet it’s a few other things but "

"The people are so nice, but the property has seen better days. Our rooms were a bit... rough around the edges. The beach front was kind of a mess, looked nothing like the pictures. We were out and about all day, so it wasn't a big issue, but if you're looking for a place to hang out for a beautiful beach day, this doesn't really work. "

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again. "
