"We had a lovely stay at the Decker House B & B. Cynthia prepared a gourmet breakfast in time for us to make our early morning tour of Mason City sites. Perfectly located a block from our starting point at the library, near the Meredith Wilson childhood home and museum and a few blocks from the Frank Lloyd house and museum. Beautiful interior living room and dining areas. We stayed in the master suite Magnolia room on the top floor. Well appointed room with nice jacuzzi tub and sizable...

"We were displaced for a few days due to home improvement project. Our stay was very comfortable during the time we were there. Management and staff were always available for our needs/wants. Breakfast bar provided each morning was good and well stocked. "

"Front desk staff day and night are a great group of people. The rooms could be a little cleaner in the corners but overall fairly clean. Breakfast was well stocked and had something for everyone. Food was tasty. Of course you do need to season to your tastes but that is expected. Breakfast overall great. The pool was nice. The only issue was with kids not leaving when adult only swim came. They were with a very large group so I am guessing staff may not have felt comfortable trying to enforce. "
