"The hotel was nice and clean. It could use a little updating. I forgot my phone charger block and other hotels have lamps or charging ports available to charge a phone with the cord only. That was the only downfall."

I was charged a $40 incidental hold and told a $10 parking fee applied for the whole stay; staff didn’t collect vehicle details or provide explanations. My keycards later stopped working; the desk shrugged it off as a “new system” and said it would “probably” happen again. I checked out by 10:56 AM but found over $700 charged to my card by 3:00 PM. No manager was available on Sunday and staff gave vague answers. Unprofessional handling and unexpected fees—avoid if you don’t want surprise charges or untrained employees."

"No coffee or breakfast, you charge for parking in an outside open lot. Upgraded rooms have rust in the showers, and water pressure is poor. Definitely will not stay at this hotel again, and I visit Woodbridge Va monthly."

"The hotel was not in an area where there were a lot of shopping or restaurants nearby. There were a few, but it was not in a metropolitan area - which was fine for us. We were going to visit friends nearby and then to Washington DC for a visit. The outdoor pool was closed, unfortunately. Breakfast was just okay. Processed eggs were fine, if you aren't picky. There was a DIY waffle maker. There were two sets of washer/dryers. Two ice machines and a couple vending machines located in a separate room away from hallway traffic. Parking was plentiful but not secured. Housekeeping was very accommodating to our request for additional coffee pods for our room. Linens and towels were good condition, cleanliness and quality."

"Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such."
