"The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly… curious and genuinely interested… They helped me in a huge way by helping me. Send packages home to North Carolina USA. Yes the pool was amazing however, the daily shuttles to Sorrento and Sorrento back to the hotel was perfect and the boat excursion they picked you up the hotel and bought you back to the hotel and those were amazing! Thank you girls for helping me. Have a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this Hotel. It’s a put on your bucket list for sure…"

"The hotel was situated a couple of miles out of sorrento, which suited us as it was peaceful. Easy to get to on regular bus service to sorrento. Our room was lovely and had a large balcony were we could see both Capri and Mount vesuvius. The breakfast included was good with lots of choice. The is tea and coffee sache in rooms however a coffee pod machine would have been a nice touch as we had one in previous hotel which made a big difference. Woukd recommend thought as nice hotel and friendly staff."

"Everything was tired. The carpet on the outside stairs was falling off. The first room, before I requested an updated room, was so bad that I could not shower. Breakfast was all prepackaged meats, cheeses, and breads, with no effort to remove them from the packages for presentation. "
