"Five stars. When we arrived the air con wasn’t working. Reported to reception and a technician was there within 10 minutes and we were upgraded. Accommodation was spotless and like new. Less than 15 minutes walk from leaning tower of pisa and all main attractions. Shop on site reasonably priced. Would recommend as great value for money."

There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! "We enjoyed our stay. The camp site is good for families and the staff were friendly. The restaurant and bar were very good and good value for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment/evening show is only aimed at children and is mainly in Italienne, it was learning songs and dance moves to the songs, which our 6 year old granddaughter was able to follow. "The Hotel is excellently placed with good little pavement restaurants on the car free street directly outside. Hotel is modern, clean and well equipped , great buffet breakfast with helpful and friendly staff. Room top bar and restaurant with views directly of the Tower. It appears to be popular with non residents so book a place in advance rather than just show up. "
