"I really appreciated how clean the room was, and it definitely felt safe. One of the things that, for me, was a drawback was that the room I was in was heavily scented with what I believe might be carpet freshening powder. As someone with allergies, this caused me to develop a headache from sinus pressure (I do use allergy medicines including nasal spray to manage my symptoms, which is usually enough). As soon as I walked out, my symptoms cleared, so I do believe that was the cause. The other is that the outlets don't hold charge cords well. I used the ones that are built into the lamps, but needed more outlets to charge devices, and found that my chargers would just fall right out of them. Ive never had this issue with my cords anywhere else. Otherwise though, the staff is very friendly, the grounds are well-kept and very clean, and it certainly feels safe there!"

"Room was clean. Beds nice. Rooms Spacious. Stayed in a group and the key cards for multiple rooms needed to be reset multiple times. Pool was not working. Breakfast was good. There was an issue with cops and CPS and what I assume was sanctioned housing. But staff handled it great."

"I’ve been going to the casino by myself for years. My husband drops me off and goes to Massena for a few hours. I love it there. I always feel comfortable and I don’t need to win to have a great time. When he picks me up we always have a meal before we make the hour and a half drive home. There hasn’t been a bad one yet! We stayed at Players Inn for the first time. The staff at both places is helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful…clean and set up well and quiet! We enjoyed our breakfast this morning before we went to my uncles burial service."

"The property and the room was immaculate. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to bring your own sleep pillows. Other than that it was perfect!"

"The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but the shower was like a fire hose and we couldn’t adjust it. There was no coffee maker in the room so we went to get some at breakfast breakfast which was due to start at 7 but didn't open until almost 7:30 so the lack of caffeine before an early function was a bummer."
