"Our 2nd visit didn't disappoint. We stayed in a lovely room above the restaurant which was spacious, well appointed and with a large window with Juliet balcony. The room had 2 easy chairs to sit by the open window and look over the garden and river. Breakfast is extensive in a lovely room overlooking the river. The setting is the best we have ever experienced and chairs are provided for you to sit on the side of the river. Food is exceptional and as in previous reviews, the vegetarian...

"A very well presented and delightful property. The host was exceptionally professional and helpful. We had a minor problem finding the property (just the final 100yds) due to interesting numbering of the properties in the vicinity but no other issues at all. Well done."

"A bit of a mixed bag, the hosts were great and welcoming. I guess as it was just out of season the advertised restaurant / bar was not in operation. A bit of a remote location and a 20 minute drive to get food in the evening. Breakfast was great and delivered with a personal touch."
