"There was no breakfast available. The restaurant was closed. They ad prepackaged cereal bowls for sale -but no milk! They did, however have bottled beer available along with the cereal!!!!! The carpeting was so filthy that my shoes made "tacky" noises when I walked across my room. The upholstery on the chair in my room was literally torn off! This place is a DUMP! Even the parking lot was in disrepair and garbage all over the place! Do not ever send another Travelocity member to this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Extremely clean room and bathroom. Spacious room, nice kitchenette with large fridge and stove. Within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Checked in very late, used phone in lobby as instructed, staff came over before I had time to hang up the phone. Very happy with our stay."

"Placed a travel basketball team on the 4th floor above everyone and allowed them to dribble basketballs in the room at all hours of the night while parents got drunk in the lobby. Did nothing when I notified them and backed out of giving me a refund for one night. Ran by children, DONT GO"

"First, we checked into our room and had to repack to move to another room because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The second room had only a little bit of toilet paper. We were told they were waiting on a toilet paper delivery and there was no more toilet paper anywhere in the facility. We looked for some in the lobby restroom, but there wasn’t any. Finally the lady at the front desk brought a partial roll of paper to our room. On our second day we returned to our room around noon to rest a bit. The door was open and a maintenance man was inside fixing a broken toilet paper holder. (What is it with this place and toilet paper?). We were unable to use the restroom or comfortably rest and were told to come back in an hour or so. We had rented the room for two days! We didn’t ask for the repair and It seems reasonable that any repairs would have been done between guests. When we checked out, I complained about these situations and was offered $12 in snacks, which I refused. The lady at the desk said she would adjust our cost but since we reserved through Expedia she could not. We would have to resolve it through Expedia. What do we need to do to lodge a complaint with Expedia? Thank you for your consideration."

"Ample parking on site with a well lit parking lot. Room was very clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable but pillows sucked. The staff was friendly both when we checked in (at 9pm) and out and when I ran down to the desk at 11pm because I forgot my tooth brush. Breakfast was great. Hot and constantly restocked. Great location for the city and to holland for the tulip festival. "
