"Hotel located right at the beach in Dominical. Very friendly staff and includes breakfast. However the hotel is a little bit old and might need some remodeling."

"Don't pass this place up! Lettika, the owner, and Dama and Teddy, the staff, all did everything necessary to make us feel welcome and to make our stay(s) perfect in every way. We stayed three nights, then left to head south. Our room there didn't work out, so we returned for another two nights. Both rooms we had were wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Dama has a flair for decorating using the towels and fresh flowers that made us feel like special guests and cooked delicious breakfasts to order. Teddy made delicious drinks to enjoy at the pool and gave us guided tours around the grounds to see the local sloths each day! Lettika oversaw every detail of our stay and offered great input about local places to eat and things to see. We hated to leave!"

"Note**** They are a cash business or they take Zelle (I missed that upon booking). This is a very charming, well-maintained, and secure property. We initially stayed in a cabina without air conditioning, but after the first night we upgraded to a room with A/C, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and excellent with communication throughout our visit. Our room was consistently clean, and the quality of the linens and towels was especially impressive. Amenities are minimal, so if you’re looking for features like a pool or in-room TV, this may not be the right fit. However, if you value a simple, clean environment with thoughtful, personalized service, this is a great choice. The location is very convenient: there’s a restaurant just across the parking lot, and the beach is only a 3–5 minute walk away. You’ll also find plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We didn’t have a car and had no trouble accessing everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future."
