We stayed at Tunak for 5 days 4 nights and we were immensely impressed with their service, amenities, cleanliness. The sea view was serene, picture perfect. Room & Pool was clean and well maintained. For city dwellers, maybe would need one to two nights to get used to the silent and peaceful night. We loved the sea turtle release activity! Special shout out to Guntha (Dining Manager) and Wirdah (Concierge) for their warmth and professional service. Great to see Tunak employing staff of different capabilities. Superb!

We stayed in the standard 2 bed villa. Bed was decent, pretty firm. Good location, a 6 minute walk to the main food street and about 10 from the sea (you will need to walk another 5 minutes to get to the beach without boats on the sand). The rooms we’re great and the pool was refreshing in the heat, although it was a very small plunge pool so a family of 4 wouldn’t all be able to fit in it at once. The living and kitchen area is all open with no ac so it was pretty hard to relax down there in the day time due to the heat. In the evening you were open to getting bitten so make sure you take some bug spray! Kuta does not allow grab or MyBluebird so be prepared to pay more for private taxis! Breakfast wasn’t great to be honest, it was a little chaotic. The food tasted decent and they will make you a barista drink too. Overall a pleasant stay. The service was brilliant and the staff were so lovely and communicate via WhatsApp, which made everything very smooth!

Perfect location, stunning views

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything!
