"Great stay at a lovely hotel. The breakfast was delicious; there was a good choice of hot breakfasts and the continental selection is excellent. The staff throughout the hotel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, clean and well supplied with everything you need. "

Music from bar opposite till gone midnight meant 2 nights little sleep with all noise after traffic etc breakfast nevwr replenished staff at breakfast so rude save your money book somewhere else they think its finny at reception when they ask you how was stay and you explain not good so noisy and they say yes those rooms facing the bar are really noisy well why not tell us on check in ?!?! "We always choose the Vermont when visiting Newcastle it is in a perfect location and the staff are great. The hotel is having an upgrade staring in the top floor working down which will be great as the rooms are currently quite dated but still nice, everything you need and a decent size. "
