"Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant. "

"The hotel is not like the site show, and the room also different from what you booked, and in my case when i protest cause deluxe room must have the city iew, the receptionist told me the deluixe room not has the window city view, so i asked to change the really bad room they wanted to give me, and they offered me 2 rooms different at least i accepted the last one rom cause there was no alternative and i was tored and need relax, but the rooms they show are not as you receive.
