I had a terrible experience with Radha Residency. I booked this hotel for ₹3600 with the option to pay at the property, but the hotel contacted me asking for a 30% advance deposit to confirm the booking. I made the payment, but upon arrival, I was shocked to find that there was no proper hotel—just a few rooms inside another building. The place did not match the description or photos on Expedia. I did not stay there.
The service and facilities were far below expectations for the price charged. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I strongly feel this property should be reviewed or removed from Expedia’s listings to prevent others from facing a similar experience.
