"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Soap and shampoo dispensers available but no skin lotion nor toothpaste. No facial tissues either. Bottled Water for sale in mini fridge. Very helpful front desk who helped me booked the Alsa bus to my next destination. Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to the central bus station and the same distance to Centro Botin and the waterfront. Within walking distance to restaurant and bars. Room is large."
