"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...

"Quarto estava limpo, mas o chão grudento, acredito que excesso de produto. Banheiro apertado. O box era pequeno e não havia onde colocar o shampoo. Os funcionários não são nem um pouco simpáticos. A impressão que tivemos é que estávamos incomodando. Precisam aprender que o mais importante, em qualquer ramo da vida, é o humano. Ser recebido por pessoas de cara fechada, que não dão um sorriso, é bem complicado. Afinal de contas brasileiros são receptivos e bem humorados. "
