"First time in DC. Missed our hotel shuttle because they didnt tell me there was a specific place to stand. Waited an hour. Got to the hotel and the lady at the desk was so nice. The hotel was beautiful, nice room. Everything was good UNTIL the morning shower. Hair was already wet when I realized there wasnt any shampoo.....The front desk said there wasn't anyone to bring shampoo but I could come down and get some......get down there and it turns out they ONLY HAD conditioner to give me....this place was a 10 star for me until that happened."

"Continental breakfast was delicious with a fair amount of options, and wasn’t too busy for a Sunday morning around 9am. Pillows and mattress were comfortable. Bar was a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected. Overall, a chill hotel with perks."

"I booked a room with a city view and was given a room in a separate building from the main hotel. The building was run down, not clean and felt like it was moving because the elevator was right near our room and very old. The building, itself, was not good quality. When I asked for a room with a city room they said the hotel was over booked. Room was clean, bathroom was very old. Bed very comfortable. "
