"Central location. Nice big rooms which we appreciated. Comfy beds with a small kitchen. Nice looking breakfast spread although we didn’t partake and went elsewhere. Only reason I wouldn’t give it full marks is the lack of functioning TV, despite staff efforts and kind offers they made to move us to another room to watch there: it was a bit inconvenient to traipse down to reception each time to get a key, so we didn’t bother. I would ignore normally, but this seemed to be a well-known issue, and with an easy fix. I hope they can resolve and the place would be perfect!"

"We had a good stay here. The kitchen was a fully-equipped industrial kitchen with a very efficient dishwasher and lots of utensils, as well of heaps of space to sit in the common area. There was also free coffee and tea. Plenty of bathrooms were provided and they were clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly to us. The pods were comfortable and there was a lot of room to store your belongings, as well as more room on shelves outside (less safe, but that wasn't an issue for us). The little lights in the pods didn't seem to go out at night, which was a little annoying, but we just covered them up. There was a TV in the pod that you could cast to, so that was nice, and the Wi-Fi worked well—I was able to take several Zoom calls with no issues. The soundproofing between the pods and the hallways isn't great, and it didn't seem like quiet hours were enforced. A large group of teenagers were quite loud during the night, so that was a bit frustrating and disrupted our sleep. Luggage storage was provided, but as it cost money, most people just seemed to put their bags on the shelves."

"Loved the hotel except there's no staff there to help you. You have to communicate the entire time online. No parking onsite and you have to park in a public lot a few blocks away. It wasn't too bad but slightly inconvenient. The only thing I would strongly suggest is to provide better sun blocking curtains. During the summer the sun and their street lights are not good to get sleep. Please provide better darkening curtains or shade. The location was exceptional though and would definitely stay again."
