"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt. The location is excellent — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the ski lifts, which made our trip so convenient.
The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect after long days of skiing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wellness area was a great place to relax.
