"The experience was very pleasant. The in property hiking was very good. The food at the restaurant was very good too. The staff were very accommodating in every way."
"It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. "
"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The villa with the pool was grand, private and beautiful. I just wished the mountain view was not blocked by all the shrubs. I think that was not...
"The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good."
"This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. The balcony was nice and so was the view. No ac in this hotel, and no mosquito nets. There was a really old plug in fan in the room though and it didn’t really fit well with the rest of the room. None of the outlets worked. They are the old India outlets, so the front desk had to bring up their converters. Not...
"Staying at this hotel made us feel at ease and the safest we could imagine while away from home. The people there and their services were outstanding. Our particular shout out to Anoj Abhishek. He drove us to and from our villa. He was the sweetest and attentive to our needs. "
"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...
"This property is kind of unique with a nice cool hill view and the rooms were also well maintained and the area around is very reachable for all the basic items."

"Our stay at Scenic, Munnar - IHCL SeleQtions was nothing short of exceptional. The property exudes unparalleled beauty, perfectly blending the signature elegance of the Taj brand with the serene charm of its lush valley setting. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking panoramic views from the lobby deck left us utterly mesmerized — a picture-perfect introduction to this tranquil retreat.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were pampered at every step, anticipating our needs with genuine warmth and attention to detail. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Harshita at the lobby, Praveen and Rajneesh in the restaurant, and Kunal, the talented chef — each of whom made our stay memorable through their professionalism and personal touch.
For anyone seeking a luxurious escape amidst nature, complemented by exceptional service, Scenic IHCL SeleQtions is an absolute must-visit."
"Blanket resort location is the best you can ever find, perched up on top of the waterfall. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Food, especially the breakfast was excellent. "
"The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor."
"I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of heavy rain, most of the activities were canceled when we were there. The only details I think needs addressing is the lighting in the bathroom which is too dim, especially by the vanity. It’s not possible to put make up on or to shave adequately in such dim light. I believe this should be addressed to make your hotel near perfect!! Thank you 😊 "
"My wife was unwell, and the staff arranged a car to take us to a nearby clinic. The staff is professional and kind. Will be recommending the hotel to all family and friends."
