"I checked out 3 minutes after arriving. I was suppose to get refunded because I never officially checked in. This property should be removed from your list. Very unsafe with loitering and unkept. How do I go about securing my refund? I was told it would be automatically generated since I was there less than 15 minutes "

"Hot tub and pool smelled strongly of chlorine. Hit tub and pool hours are less than ideal. AC in the room didn’t sound great. Breakfast was the same both days (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage links). It was ok, but nothing to write home about. The blueberry syrup was good!"

"This was the absolute worst experience! I was not expecting perfect but clean would have been nice. My husband and I arrived around 830pm we chose this hotel last minute because my husband was scheduled for surgery this morning at the hospital near by. You are not able to walk in the lobby you need to be buzzed in by the attendant ok I get it crazy world this gentleman wasn't bad checked went to room like I said all I need was clean and close to hospital. Super sketchy outdoor corridor to a an even sketchier elevator. Then the room, small not horrible at first glance we were good. Dropped our bags went for dinner. When we returned wind blowing under 20 degrees out we go ring bell again to gain access to hotel this time older man working the lobby, well what do you want? We would like to go to our room!!! Showed him our room key through the door . Nope would not let us in!!!! Made us walk back down the parking lot to another exterior door to gain entrance. My husband was furious I told him calm down no big deal laughed it off. We went back to the room....where we are supposed to have WiFi and television....husband jumps in shower I try to turn on tv., tablet, phone WiFi doesn't work tv what a joke. Still not a huge deal. Husband gets out of shower I'm getting ready to take mine and my husband pulls the blankets back on the bed and there was BLOOD!!! Not murder seen blood but someone's blood that did not belong to me or him! We call the front desk to let them know about the "
