"The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the separate bathroom is clean and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The property is to the north of Zurich airport. There is no public transportation to this place, but it is only about 10mins by shared taxi (Uber/Lyft) which costed us about CHF 10. The staff is quite friendly. "

"This was a great hotel for the price and location. It was roomy, extremely clean and the kitchenette was all we needed. It had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery. It had a laundry which was a little tricky to navigate. Once you knew you had to get tokens from the vending machine it was manageable. "The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"Das Appartment war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, für eine Fewo hat aber einiges gefehlt, es gab keinen Besen,Handfeger, Schaufel, geschweige denn einen Staubsauger. So etwas müsste man in einer Fewo immer mitbringen....An Küchenutensilien war auch nur das wirklich notwendigste vorhanden; das Frühstück war ausreichend, und wenn man nur 2 oder 3 Tage da war, auch abwechslungsreich, aber bei 6 Tagen wurde es schon langweilig. ich habe Quark, Frischkäse, evtl. mal etwas Lachs oder ähnliches, vermisst."

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

Ansonsten gute Betten, Waschmaschine vor Ort, nette Einrichtung ( ohne Spülmaschine ), alles in Allem sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und Sipplingen und Umgebung ist immer eine Reise wert! "

"The room was very good, spacious and clean. Very quiet although close to the tram tracks I heard nothing. The reception was well managed and there is an amazing restaurant across the way, food was excellent especially the beef. Would definitely use it again as the transport infrastructure is good to get back into the city"
