The room was amazing, some of the best views we have ever had in a hotel, was absolutely spotless and had great amenities. You can opt out of having the room cleaned each day in return for drinks vouchers at the bar, which we chose to do, but even then they make your bed and fill your amenities each ...

Somerset Schönbrunn Vienna
Road noise disturb sleep, arrived late in evening and no instruction in how to enter. Staff sent an email whilst we were out and 30minutes later locked us out of our room!

Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien
Front desk staff were cold and not friendly. Location is great and hotel was very clean. Rooms are dated and in need of an update - our room had orange/red carpet with a big run in the seam. Desk/furniture needs replaced.
