Schöne Anlage mit netter Saunalandschaft Zimmer sind ordentlich, mit schönem Bad ~Essen gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Manchmal gibt es Buffet, manchmal A la carte, je nach Auslastung -Personal war extrem lustlos. Egal ob beim Abendessen, Frühstück, oder in der Saunawelt dauert alles ewig (15 Minuten auf die Bedienung gewartet und dann auch noch unfreundlich). Unfreundlich bzw. emotionslos. Check In war noch am besten. Hier müsste wirklich nachgelegt werden! -Betten eher hart -Holzboden vor den Zimmern und Türen fallen mit einem knall zu somit reißt es einen immer aus dem Schlaf -Hellhörige Zimmer (konnten Nachbarn bei normaler Lautstärke reden hören) -Als Expedia Bucher entgingen uns viele Benefits wie gratis Parken in der Tiefgarage und vor allem die Nutzung der Spa Welt am Abreisetag. Wir mussten hierfür einen Aufpreis von 40€ zahlen, während Direktbucher dies kostenlos erhalten

Perfect weekend spa break after a busy week.

Lovely staff, excellent food and generously sized spa area with loads of space to relax. Nice setting in the outskirts of Vienna. You can't go wrong with booking a stay there!

Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Hotelgarten ist sehr schön. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal sehr bemüht.

Das Preisleitungeverhältnis stimmt nicht

In punkto Service, beim Frühstück am ersten Tag, ein nicht komplettes Frühstücksbuffet, Mitarbeiter die rumstanden, kalte Spiegeleier bekommen. Der Salzstreuer war verstopft, ich holte mir einen neuen, Salz kam diesmal raus. Nur dieser Salzstreuer stand am nächsten Tag noch auf dem Tisch, es hatte sich keiner drum gekümmert und dies am nächsten Morgen, dies sagt viel aus über den Service aus. Auch beim Auschecken keine Frage, wie hat es Ihnen gefallen?

Sehr gutes Hotel, mitten im Grünen. Es gibt wirklich fast nichts auszusetzen. Das Einzige was mir einfällt, sind die fixen Check-in-Zeiten. Sie haben wirklich allen Leuten erst um 15:00 die Zimmerschlüssel übergeben. Verstehe aber auch irgendwo - wenn man einmal damit anfängt, kommen alle... Wie gesagt, eigentlich gibts nix zu meckern :-)
