It wasn an amazing stay from start to finish , the hotel staff were lovely and allowed us to keep our luggage there and enjoy the amenities such as the pool and bar, before we had checked in and even when we checked out. All the staff were very helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful property and the views of Gordes was incredible. Close to town. Lovely terrace for breakfast and tapas.

Nice relaxing stay
We had a lovely 6 day break, hotel is in great position by marina and beaches, very good breakfast, lots of restaurants near by and very easy access to airport, Montpellier and Niems

great renovated rooms with tea /coffee facilities. Only downside no black out curtains and bright light outside all night. Very clean . Comfortable good sized beds.nearby restaurants , close to airport/ parc expo. Parking free if using road leading up to hotel. restaurant and bar on site . Friendly staff.

Know that we are trying to renovate and redecorate our hotel as much as possible to stay up to date. We are sorry if it was not to your liking. Regarding the garage, access is indeed very tight but we have instead our free outdoor parking, under video surveillance and very easy to access. Looking forward to seeing you again!

Great hotel close to beach
This hotel is more of a 4 star than 3 star quality in European standards. It has a pleasant setting and a great in site restaurant. Off-season it's likely to be in a deserted area but it's the opposite in summer. Book a room with harbor and pool views.

Beautiful place, but far from Montpellier.
Hotel Neptune is one of the best at Por Plaisance in Carnon, Mauguio a few miles from Montpellier. Alexandra at the reception was a very elegant administrator, humble and sweet always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, it has beautiful views, it is very comfortable and has very professional personel whom spoke different languages and had always a smile in their face. Something that americans apreciate in France. We will comeback and highly recomend hotel Neptune.

I expected it to be quiet post high season, but the area was dead - it made it feel much more remote than it would have with some other people around - I only saw one other couple the whole time we were at the hotel. Also, they only provide shampoo for toiletries, so plan to bring anything else you might need. Decent experience, but nothing special

Looks like the hotel has been recently refurbished. Everything is of a very high standard. The location is great, right by the marina, but the immediate surroundings are a bit scruffy. The staff are very helpful and efficient. The price of the room was very reasonable for a good quality hotel.

Well run hotel
Nice hotel. A little difficult to find to those unfamiliar with Carnon Beach, like us. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast good. Staff were wonderful, especially the young man who lent us his own phone when we needed to make a collect call to our bank in US, after problem with a credit card at local restaurant. Lots of nightlife in the area.

Nice hotel on harbour
This is a nice hotel in what seems a bit of a run down area. There is a beach nearby which is within walking distance. We arrived early evening on a Saturday and went to the hotel restaurant to dine only to be told we needed a reservation and they were booked out. It would have been useful to be told that on arrival. The next day we asked to make a reservation only to be told the restaurant was not open that night. Again, would have been good to be advised of restaurant arrangements and opening hours on arrival. We probably would not visit this location again.

Très très bien
Point de chute parfait pour visiter la Camargue. Idéalement placé sur le port de Carnon. Très propre, joliment décoré, literie confortable, store électrique donc nuit noire, accueil chaleureux. Petit service appréciable: un garage fermé pour vélos.
