"The valet was very helpful in explaining how to navigate the self park garage. Walking into the lobby, there was no signage as to where check in was Once we figured it out, we walked up to the desk and there were 3 people in line waiting to check in and no employee in site. We waited for almost 5 minutes before a lady came up. She seemed like she didn't enjoy her job very much. We paid for a king room with a balcony overlooking the river She put us in a handicap accessible room overlooking the roads in downtown with just a slight view of the river. Not really what we thought we would get for the extra money. It was just one night so we let it go. The young lady at the bar for the manager's cocktail reception was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast the next morning was very good The room was clean and spacious and the hotel lobby area was nondescript and a little underwhelming."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. We especially enjoyed the pool—it was a great way to relax before heading home. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Very beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere. It’s great to celebrate a special event with sos. Dislikes- shower gel dispensers were hard to maneuver. My room was smaller than I thought it would be. I did not like my view of parking lot."

"Great breakfast. Pool was nice. The staff were very helpful. We asked for extra pillows & towels and they gladly gave them. Check in & out were super easy. Laundry facilities were easy to use bonus that it was on our floor. Location is right off the interstate & super easy to get in & out of."
