The property seemed run down. It’s in need of some love and updating. The staff/employees we encountered were all very nice which is so important. The cleanliness of the room was fine; the hallways smelled strongly of industrial cleaner (not a good smell). It’s right off of a major road, so it was very easy to get back on it. The beds (we booked a triple room) were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. When getting up both mornings of our stay we could barely walk (I’m in my 20’s, my mother is in her 60’s and we were both in an extreme amount of pain). It was raining when we arrived and there is no easy covered pull up spot to drop your bags. We had to carry them up 2 steps then walk along a smooth tile/marble 5 meter walkway get to the front door-extremely slippery in the rain (there was a ramp to the walkway but it’s out of the way when you’re trying to get out of the rain with luggage). All in all, it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here a number of times. Don’t rely on the restaurant or bar being open. It is often closed. This time, because it was a bank holiday on the Tuesday, the restaurant was closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Not really what they advertise.

Room heating wasnt working, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working, the hair dryer wasnt working. All in all it was kind of a 3 star hotel, which was dated and teh neighbourhood wasnt all that great.

J’ai passé un séjour plutôt agréable, le personnel était aimable. En tps normal je suis tres satifait en prenant un Mercure, mais celui-ci pour 154€ sans evenennts particulier autour, 19€ de petit déjeuner et 10€ de supplément en arrivant à 13h30 ald 15h ... comment dire je continue à chercher pourquoi c'est un Mercure ... Ibis rouge/bleu serait plus approprié par rapport à la moyenne de chez Accord. . Pas possible de regler la température de la chambre, salle de bain moisie (photo jointe), pas de minibar, serviette de bain grisâtres, petit déjeuner pas mieux que dans l'Ibis à 9€ la veille à Etampes ... Pour le prix sérieusement la prochaine fois je prend un airbnb en je passe au supermarché pour le ptit dej ... Vous ne me reverez plus, ni mes collègues !

Attente a l'arrivée de 20min avant le checking La salles de fitness en travaux. Gênant quand le choix de L'hôtel se porte justement sur cet équipement, et bien sur aucun message aucune alerte. L'initiative de 0 bouteille plastique très bien, mais aillez des fontaines qui fonctionne. Environ 22° dans la chambre et pas de possibilité de baisser la température.
