"We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly. The area is beautiful and we were able to watch sea turtles off our balcony every day. We didn’t plan to be stuck on the island for 6 extra days, but are very thankful we got to spent the extra time at Condado Lagoon! "

"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. The workers woke us up at 8am and they called us at 9:30...
