"Being “perfectly located” in Old San Juan means you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, historic sites (forts, plazas, cathedrals), and shops. "We were "upgraded" shortly before our one night stay to this room without a window. "Quiet (except for occasional loud music from the pool during the day), safe, clean, good location. The beach is small and adjacent to a busy bridge, so it doesn't have a true beach vibe. Pools are large with plenty of chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Two minor complaints: the vending machine near the pools was broken the entire time, bathroom mirror is difficult to use because the sink extends out too far. Overall, a decent place in an upscale area."
