"It was clean and quiet the bed was comfortable I did not have breakfast but I went up and looked at the breakfast and they had a good selection. We have stayed there quite often"
"The staff are terrific right from check in to cleaning. Bed was so comfortable, room was clean. Only sad thing was no continental breakfast. But we knew that."
"After the third trip upstairs to my room the key card finally worked.(no I did not have the card next to my phone to get erased) I walked into the room and ran into a ladder, turned on the lights and there were tools everywhere. Bathroom mirror was on the floor and toolboxes on the bed. I went back down for my fourth trip and finally got into a room. Next day I needed a tape measure to check the height of the door on the trailer I was towing. I asked the front desk If I could borrow a tape. The desk clerk said they didn't have anything, I asked for the card to the room they tried putting me in the night before because I was sure I saw a tape in there. She said she couldn't. Wasn't happy with the help I didn't get!"
"We checked in close to 1:30 am and although I messaged the property through the app, I did not get any acknowledgment so I had to chase down a human to talk to. Eventually got the confirmation I needed that it was ok to check in late (in property details notification it said check in after midnight was not allowed.) desk attendant was nice enough but not professional in appearance. Room was clean but the hallways and doorways were pretty beat up. Decor was dated and showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was ok, but pillows were tiny (the size of couch throw cushions) on a king size bed I thought was strange. Definitely not what I expected from a Hyatt property. Breakfast looked to be as expected. there was an omelette station but no staff person standing there so we weren’t sure if we were supposed to go back and cook it ourselves or what the situation was so we skipped breakfast altogether. We were there for such a short time none of this really matters but I question the rave reviews on here because I didn’t experience the same."
