Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. "

"Comfortable large units with two double beds. Great breakfast included but dinner was simple with few choices. Limited restaurants in the town. Communication was limited--no map of area and no receipt for cash payment. Walked on short trail that had no signage or map and ran into what looked like an old Mayan stone house."
