"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"This stay was in between north and south goa. So it felt very quiet and safe. Although, a bit of travel to attractions. Loved the room, and quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited but delicious."

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out.
