"I had a "newer" room at the back of the hotel overlooking my favourite pub, the Beau Nash Tavern. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and well-appointed. As a new room it was shoe-horned into the existing property so getting to my room was pretty funny as the path from the front desk to it was convoluted in an entertaining sort of way (people enjoyed the video on my Instagram!). "Like most people these days price and value plays a large part in making choices, This hoel I just a little more expensive than some basic providers which is offset by things like free parking on site, and you feel like you have stayed in a real hotel. So generally very good especially when you have been upgraded as we were.. Now the negatives the room we had was on the ground floor the noise from the room above due to poor sound insulation and creaking floor and joists were the worst I have ever experienced in a fairly modern property it became quite annoying as we had to get up for an early morning flight. Secondly bar prices were expensive being charged £16.20 for 2 gin and tonics seems excessive especially when it's run of the mill Gordens and Schweppes. Would I stay again , yes at the right price but I would ask for a higher floor and not use the bar."

"We had three nights in the Spa Hotel and we had a very comfortable room on floor 3 with pleasant views out on the extensive grounds of the Hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The Orangery is a pleasant place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty parking. Overall an ideal place to stay in Tunbridge Wells."
