"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"Great location, but Brighton Fringe festival was on in the park just opposite the flat, so quiet noisy in the evenings, but very Central location,so to be expected some noise.
Wonderful space simple compact, but very well appointed.

"They send you an email with information needed for checking in. Mine went to spam and took me a long time to locate the property then I had to call two different numbers to complete the process and finally gain access to the room.
The outside didn’t look nice but once inside the place was very nice and clean. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the balcony, and they also have a little washer that was life saver.
In general we had a great time and felt happy with the place,

"Stayed here for an early flight from Gatwick. The hotel was easy to find and extremely convenient from the train.
I got there early so I could use the gym facilities - very small but perfectly adequate and everything was working and kept clean.
Choice of food was great - I’m a fussy vegetarian and was delighted with the menu choices (I rarely say this). Nice choice of beers and IPA’s available.
Service was great.
Really pleased with my stay here compared to others I have used at the airport - so pleased I have booked it again.
