Staff excellent and empathetic to special needs. Pillows on beds too fat for comfortable sleep…need various sized pillows for proper sleep post7ure. Heating/cooling vents blow directly on bed…could redirect flow upward.

Cozy cottage in Centralia WA was very comfortable. It was the perfect place to visit with family. Chris was very quick to respond when contacted and always had a helpful answer to questions. I would stay here again
