"The hotel is nice. The elevators are very slow and seem to only have one working at a time in each building so it takes forever to go in and out also they dont all have AC so they get super hot. Also another thing is that for room cleaning they never changed our bedding and also seemed like they ..."

"Did not know that there was going to be a $300 security deposit, payable in cash or card. The one bedroom we stayed in was excellent and comfortable. All pools were open and steps away from the beach. Only major complaint is the elevators are small and hot."
