It's a good little hotel to stay in for a couple of days. We only stayed for one night. It's pretty clean and the staff is very friendly.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay at this property. It is clean, convenient, walkable for me but is 20 mins to the golden zone. Depends what you need. But for me I liked that it was close to shopping, staff were friendly and helpful, daily housekeeping service was top notch and the breakfast had lots of options. Loved the espresso in the morning. This is not Canada or the United States. You need to adjust your expectations. Or pay a lot more. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. If something isn’t right, communicate with the staff and they will fix it. Enjoy your stay!

We booked this hotel for 3 nights for an 'eclipse' trip. The cost of the room was VERY inflated because of the eclipse and it was still the least expensive option available, including Airbnb's. We booked two months in advance, and prices were nuts. This room cost us triple what it should have for 3 nights and, given the lack of cleanliness of the room, we were VERY disappointed. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely, the common areas of the hotel, including the pool, was good. But, the room was dirty (empty drink bottles left from the last guest!), the furniture old and mishappen, the window film bubbled and the blankets and pillows old and worn. I expected way more from a Marriott hotel!

Bad front desk customer service

Our night stay was good, room not the greatest, but for one night was ok. When room was checked out of, my husband left our fast phone charger with long cord in the room. I called the front desk and the receptionist told me it was there at the front counter, that the cleaning lady had dropped it off. We went back to get it and they denied what they told me and said they had no access to it because the cleaning lady had locked it up. I asked for the manager and they claimed they had no access. There was no way that they would give it back. I asked for names and they denied knowing the cleaning lady’s name. Bad customer service and return of forgotten items.

Vamos muy seguido a Mazatlán. La verdad es que nos encanta, este hotel es muy accesible en transporte, no se adentra al tráfico de la ciudad. Podemos llegar a muchos lugares por sus vías de acceso. El personal es muy amable, servicial y atento. Había leído un mal comentario y dudaba pero les comento, no se dejen llevar, por el precio, el hotel que me incluyó un desayuno muy rico y completo está genial! Sin duda, tenemos un lugar a donde llegar siempre.
