i was looking forward to my stay since i have been a client before. So sad to see this once beautiful Boutique Hotel fall apart because there’s no maintenance : dirty pool, dirty floors, dingy sheets, moldy room, water bugs!!

I booked this property because of the roof top experience, the pool wasn’t working it was under construction and the bar and the juice bar were closed . I did enjoy the the beach club , food was amazing

Stayed here for 4 days. Overall staff were great, food and drinks were amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cute adults only hotel in zona dorada. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Showers were cold, there were a couple of bugs in the room, staff spoke Spanish and had to get the one that spoke English to interpret. On the plus side, the fish tacos in the restaurant were amazing.

They claimed to be do friendly before I purchased the room. Afterward upon check in they only allowed service dogs but didn't stipulate this beforehand. They are running a scam like many Mexicans do to Americans. BEWARE! The place looks like a tacky Miami hotel. Don't wast your time or money. 💰

Al hotel se le nota que le faltan varias reparaciones, la comida mal, el primer dia mi platillo estaba hechado a perder. el seundo dia pedi un avocado toast y el mesero me dijo que si tenia pero sin avocado.... uno de mis hoteles favotitos, pero siempre hay algo que no sirve... la albeca, el elevador, checar la recepcion, tiene mal olor
