"This property disappointed at every turn. Booked 2 identical rooms and got one "renovated" room on the 3rd floor and one not on the 6th floor. Even the renovation left a tiny room with an even smaller bathroom. Very little usable space. Even though it pulls up as having a hot tub it no longer exists. ..."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The stairs going to the second floor are metal and very, very difficult for dogs to walk on comfortably. The sheets and towels were very well worn and rough. The floor needed a good vacuuming and mopping."
