A Great Stay

It was a great experience. As soon as we got to the Front Desk we had a pleasant welcoming. A smiling and friendly face welcomed us and the check in was smooth. Breakfast was really good and abundant.

Well, let me start by saying that my check in was pretty smooth, thanks to this front desk person named David! He made it pretty welcoming! Being attentive to whatever issue i might have at room comfort Ness!! Thumbs up to huim, and also to the breakfast cook Esmeralda; amd finally thumbs up also to the front desk person at my checkout named Ashley!! I have slept in over 1k hotels. This is the worst hotel i ever been. 2 dirty towels, no ac, smelling room, no fridge, no microwave,. Nothing is good about the hotee. Better sleep in your car.

The beds are terrible, the mattresses are terrible, the curtains don't work and you can't close them, the walls are damp, and it looks bad, you open the window and what you see is a patio, with debris and things that don't work.

The room cost was low. The rooms need a LOT of upgrading. No tissues, toilet paper roll just sitting on counter. Bathroom drain had a lot of stuff stuck down in it…. Toothpaste cap, hair etc. Window shade didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work even with the correct user name and password. When I tried to call, phone didn’t work either. I would not recommend this facility.

Buena relacion precio/calidad. Quiza nos falto toallas pero tampoco hicimos algo por pedirlas. Camas viejas pero pudimos dormir tranquilos. No había tv. Personal super amable en mostrador y comedor.

Nos toco la habitación 226 , el clima funciono bien, donde tuvimos varios problemas fue en lo siguiente: las cortinas estaban incompletas y se metía toda la luz del estacionamiento, fuimos a pedir ayuda para poner cortinas y me dijo la señorita del front desk que no tenia personal, que lo revisara mañana., también reportamos que estaba un grillo muerto, y que la tasa del baño estaba fugando agua .. fueron muchos detalles pedimos cambio de cuarto y nos dijo que no tenia opciones., entonces nos quedamos en la habitación las 3 noches !! al día siguiente le comente a la Sra. de housekeeping de los problemas y ella se mo muy rápid y fue por un joven de mantenimiento quien puso el cobertor de la cama en el área de la ventana para tapar la luz del dia y de la noche, que no tenían cortinas de pared, posteriormente nos ayudo a poner la cortina del baño de la regadera ya que no tenia cortina y el agua se pasao a todo el cuarto de baño, el joven y la Sra. de limpieza fueron por una cortina y la instalaron , lo que ya no arreglaron fue el agua que se tiraba por la taza del baño, lo que hice fue cerrar la válvula del agua y abrirla cuando era necesario.. eso no lo arreglaron,.. entonces fueron varios detalles , y sin embargo no nos dieron otra habita .. !! quiero comentar que el el personal de limpieza, el joven de mantenimiento y la señora de los desayunos son muy atentos, muy amables y trataron de hacer lo que pudieron para arreglar las cosas..!!
