The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of creaking of the water pipes and our cold water was hot a lot. Overall, comfy, warm, and clean.

Glue down flooring in the bathroom is peeling, the carpet squares are all separated and coming up all over the living space. There was also some type of black spots on the ceiling in room 415. Very underwhelming for the price
