"The bathroom was filthy. It was covered in mildew and mineral deposits. We deal with the same thing all over Texas, except the rest of us know how to clean it, and apparently Fairfield does not. Not a pleasant experience to step in the shower and visibly see mildew and mineral deposits indicating the rooms were not cleaned properly. Definitely will not be back."

"Stay was great, lots of things to do around the Domain area withing walking distance. Room very clean, gym was very clean. Was very happy with everything in the hotel, great quality breakfast."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for a hotel. First, our room keycards repeatedly stopped working. Every time we left the room we had to go all the way back downstairs to have them reset, which became very frustrating and inconvenient. There were also multiple maintenance issues. The toilet in our room would not flush properly unless you tried two or three times, and once it did flush it would run loudly for 30–40 minutes. The bathroom in the common area downstairs had the exact same problem, which makes it seem like this is a known issue that hasn’t been fixed. The pullout couch in our room was broken in the middle and unusable. On top of that, we were not provided sheets for the pullout couch and were told none were available, which made it impossible to use the bed as intended. Many of the outlets in the room were extremely loose, so our phone chargers would barely stay plugged in. The hallway also had a very unpleasant smell during our stay. We also had difficulty getting extra towels from the staff, which added to the overall frustration. Between the repeated keycard issues, broken furniture, plumbing problems, lack of basic linens, and the condition of the property, this stay fell far below what we paid for. Because of these ongoing issues, I am requesting a refund or partial reimbursement for our stay. "

"The room was great but the pillows were weirdly small I don't know why you would choose not to have regular sized pillows. The room was nice sized. The employee that manned the restaurant in the morning was terrible. He seemed to think his job was more about leaning against the bar as if it was required to prevent it from falling over rather then serving his customers. He was not pleasant to speak with, was cold in demeanor. My scrambled eggs were DISGUSTINGLY wet and it would have been very obvious when picking up the plate that no one in their right mind would want to eat them and yet plopped them down in front of me. On the last morning, I waited 10 minutes past the 6:30 am time for the coffee bar to be setup and gave up when it was clear the bar leaning was going to be too important that day. He spent time complaining to his coworker about a pervious lady who clearly pointed out his demeanor to him so it's pretty clear he knows he's the problem and yet has no self awareness to address it. The bartenders in the evening both the male and the female were awesome! They were pleasant to speak with , were not leaning against the bar and actually waited on everyone. It was a refreshing experience that made the coffee run in the morning so disappointing. I would also like to say I appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk who provided me coffee for my room when the bar couldn't be bothered. "
