"I was very impressed with the accommodation of the staff. The room was very warm, due to above normal temperatures, and in floor heating. I called and they accommodated a change of room making my stay very comfortable. Was much appreciated. "

"Room was gross. The bed which was made up had crumbs and hair in between the sheets, the walls were gross. Food was splattered over a very large section of wall behind the table(not the only dirty spot). Tv was not working. Food was left in the fridge. When notified of the bed however staff was quick to come up and change it and take out food from the fridge. There was no breakfast. It wouldn't be a terrible stay if it was clean. This was our second stay here. The first one was in a different room and the walls were dirty but everything else was fine. So we wanted to give it a try again. Now with things in a made up bed it has me questioning how often they change bedding or if they just make it up. We will never stay there again."
