"Our stay got off on a negative. The lady at front desk, Jane, was not very welcoming nor did she explain anything about the breakfast, how to connect to WiFi, or anything else most front desk employees share at check-in. The room we selected was the Presidential suite which was roomy and comfortable. However we had problems connecting to the WiFi. We wanted to call the front desk but there wasn’t a phone in the room or any number to reach the front desk. Also the smart TV in the room was not connected to the WiFi so watching streaming was impossible. However a big shout out to Caleb at the front desk who made two trips to our room to help us out with the TV and we had no further problems! Good job Caleb!
Don’t expect much from the continental breakfast. No hot food. A small room is where they have it which accommodates 2-3 people at a time and no room to sit. The atrium is off limits to guests(amazing )which is the only place to sit unless you go back to your room with your coffee and muffin. At checkout was the same lady who checked us in was equally unfriendly. Did not ask us about the stay or thanked us for coming. Probably won’t return. The attached restaurant was by reservation only on Thursday and Friday which we tried to make a reservation but nothing was available. On Saturday the restaurant was closed to the public due to a special event. There was no mention of this by the front desk at check in. "
"The staff went over and above expectations.
The only issue I can say I had, was the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I got done with my shower, I was ankle deep in water. "
