Centennial Hotel Spokane
Mattress had stains and had to change room 3 times. Multiple beds were dirty and asked check in staff to notify room attendants about changing sheets and they came in my room and messed replaced washcloth but never changed sheets. Very disappointed in this stay. Will not return.

We had no hot water for the time we were there. The breakfast was not set up on time. So a bit disappointing this stay.

All around great experience and good value. The aggressive enforcement of pool towels staying at the pool was inconvenient for getting wet kids back to the room. Perhaps encourage it or ask that they get returned but don't deny a toddler the warmth of a towel while going from the pool to the ...
