"As we drove up to hotel there was two broken bbqs in the parking lot. We requested a main floor room and were told there was non available. There was 5 cars in parking lot the whole stay. We had someone bang on the door next to us from 1 am - 4 am. Didn’t even receive an apology from the front desk. And then as we were exiting the hotel one morning there was two homeless people sleeping between the two doors of hotel. Our tub was the most disgustingly dirty hotel tub we have ever seen. My kids and I refused to shower our whole stay. "

"Most of us stay in hotels because of work. Your schedule might change, and when it does, you can't get a refund. My schedule changed early on, so I told the guy who runs the motel. He just told me, "You signed a paper that said no refund." Aside from my personal experience, ignore the pictures online. The place is just terrible. I have a 21-day shift, and I didn't book that motel because everything there is awful. Just add $5 to whatever you think the deal is and you will have peace of mind. Believe me, it's a RESERVATION at your own risk."
