"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

"Right on the beach. The pool and lazy river was fun. Walked to the Irish pup to eat a couple of days. Gift shop and ice cream within walking distance. The bartender in the tiki bar was an amazing person. "
