I went to do Omarah but I can’t help to notice that the room was not clean not enough bathroom tools. (Shaving, toothpaste, etc)
I called them many times but not they bother because they busy
So I had to share this out
Overall the hotel was good and the staff was very nice, location is also very nice and is very close to Haram. There are free bus rides from Hotel to Haram and back.
However, the room was not very clean and walls need to be repainted. The shower was too small and there is a large opening that makes water spread all over the floor the washroom. Internet was very slow.
Breakfast was good but the dining area carpet was dirty and should be changed or replaced with tiles.
Service was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, with buses running to the Holy Mosque 24/7. There is some shopping nearby too.
Breakfast was great, with different items every day.

This place is okay if u don’t care about hygiene. I mean the bathroom was not clean at all. We were there for umrah so we were okay with whatever we got. But the bathroom shower was so dirty and all the water leaked out of the shower since there’s no door. the hotel walls are thin so it’s noisy. I don’t recommend this if you’re going with family. Not a good quality hotel. The location is okay as it’s a 10 minute drive to masjid al haram.
With this price what we pay it is very reasonable good shutter service 24 hours
We did not have any issues we stay 6 days over room was huge staff was friendly we pay for the breakfast 30 SR per person
I would highly recommend Elad. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and dinner options, very convenient to get to Al-Haram via 24/7 shuttle bus running every 20 mins

The front desk people where professional but
The stuff especially the cleaning guys are dishonest and and not trusted

I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
My 8 night with my family was the worst experience we had in the Elaf Bakka
During Ramadan, the shuttle bus to Haram pays 8.5 sar. during Eid, there is no shuttle bus, if you want to go to the Haram you can use a taxi. the shuttle bus is available again on the third day of eid
