Very very bad . Receptionist

It was very very bad stay.very very bad service. Never experienced such bad service very bad receptionist Very bad character of receptionist. Inshallah iwill never think of staying in this hotel

No one understands english in hotel and there was no concept of room service there n on top of that when I reach at hotel they were not aware of my booking

nice hotel close to Haram

2-3 minutes far from Al-Haram by Car or Taxi (10-20 SAR). not far if you like to walk. Helpful staff though little experience. overall it is recommended hotel
